It’s Like a Wine Tasting, But With Steaks! Monday, August 30th, Cicchetti Kitchen and Bar is proud to partner with The Artisan Beef Institute for a very special, Artisan Beef tasting supper.

The festivities will begin with an interactive expert panel led by Carrie Oliver, founder of The Artisan Beef Institute, discussing how ranchers, butchers, and chefs influence the flavor and texture of beef. From here we’ll go on to blind taste steaks from 4 different ranch and butcher teams, each of whom specializes in a specific breed, diet, husbandry, aging technique. Carrie will employ her years of experience with America’s heritage and artisan beef farmers to lead the group in an exploration of the subtle yet profoundly different qualities of beef from different ranches.
Executive Chef of Serafina and Cicchetti, Dylan Giordan, has crafted a 3-course menu that provides the perfect complement to Carrie’s hand chosen beef. The tasting and dinner is $85, including wine, (exclusive of tax and gratuity).
