Winemaker's Dinner with Riccardo Tedeschi

Join us for a private winemaker's dinner on Cicchetti's mezzanine with Riccardo Tedeschi, whose family has been in the business of producing some of the finest Valpolicella in the world for nearly two centuries.
Guests can look forward to learning more firsthand from this master about how the grapes Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara blend together and become the luscious Valpolicella wines. Riccardo will also talk about the process of raisining grapes to create the concentrated flavors of Amarone.
As a special treat, he is bringing several bottles of unreleased Recioto for the dessert course.
