Previews from the Bar

With spring getting fully underway (despite the uncooperative weather), Chris and the rest of the bar staff are getting close to turning out some exciting new house infusions. Included among them will be a rose-infused vodka which might end up potent enough to be an outright rose liqueur. It was infused with both rose petals and rose hips. Others on the shelf include our annual raspberry vodka (check the video below), a bitter rhubarb liqueur, cherry vodka as soon as the first local cherries hit the market, and an aged peach vodka that’s been brewing for about a year. That should be quite the experience!
